Aqua dress sz large blue/white underlay

Devil in a blue dress. Aqua dress size large. Zipper back with hook. Intricate design in blue over top of a net like underlining. Very soft. This dress really moves while you walk. Maybe due to the hem on the inside bottom (see picture)
