meagan1130 @amberlove_life Yes. It's definitely turquoise. I can give you the waist measurement on Saturday. I'm actually on a cruise right now :-) but it fit me comfortably, and I have a 26 inch waist. So I'm guessing around 14 inches flat (it wasn't skin tight).

meagan1130 @sarahbostick81 it doesn’t fit me anymore, but I just posted pictures of the back. There’s a piece that goes around the neck and then there’s super flattering ruching all the way up on either side of the zipper.
