Aqua smocked blue midi dress, size XS.

Aqua beautiful blue smocked midi dress, size XS; size tag fell off of the dress after I bought it, but it’s an XS. The dress was too long in me, so I had it hemmed. From the top of the bust to the bottom, it’s 39 1/2” in length. I bought this dress for a trip and wore it once. It’s in excellent condition.
