Made in the USA. Beautiful light weight dress , Asian inspired. Peonies and calligraphy on a black background with a lovely handkerchief hem. Wrap front with quilt Luke stitching and a tie on the side. Size S/4 measures 34 at chest, 28 at waist, 40 at hips. 37-42 long from shoulder to hem. Gorgeous.
