Blue, micro checked suit jacket. High quality buttons. 4 button cuffs. 2 button single breast. Deep "V". Best guess 3-3 1/2 inch lapel. Size is going to be a 44S-R. No tape measure to measure shoulders unfortunately. The small hole in back is invisible when worn. Original price unknown as it was originally a suit and Aquascutum is defunct as of 2012. Made up that demanded number but asking is reasonable based on brand and quality and wear still left in it.
