texassadie @ladylove1107 Hi. I cant tell from the photos, if the back area of shoe (“lip” area) is “folded” for a lack of better wording at the moment 😆, or ….? Could you please tell me if any flaws other than the black marking? And also please post a photo of the back end/heel areas on both shoes ? That would help me as well. I appreciate it ma’am 😊

ladylove1107 @texassadie just added to the listing. The black mark is really the only mark- it’s more like a scratch on the suede. One back lip is folded in a bit.

ladylove1107 @texassadie Hmm I don’t think it can be “fixed” really. It’s also where your heel hits so even if I were able to straighten it out somehow, it would probably revert to the bend. Let me see what I can do and I’ll report back this afternoon 😊

ladylove1107 Omg I thought I replied back to you! I’m so sorry. But it doesn’t look like anything can be done on the lip. Once you wear them it will revert back I think. So sorry for the super late reply!
