This is in very good condition and has only been used a few times. Bought in 2000s and was kept in storage until now. The hood has a zip up compartment that it can be rolled up into. The arms have adjustable Velcro straps and the bottom has an adjustable tie. Please let me know know if you have any questions :)

^^ not sure but I think that’s some scam. Seen comments like that on other jackets from diff accounts.
