Windcoats are among the most iconic pieces of Issey Miyake clothing, and this is a superb example of the design, encapsulating all the qualities that make Miyake pieces so special. Oversized, drapey fit, ankle length, with a buttoned front and a hood that zips away into the stand collar. Super lightweight, unstructured and unlined, made in Japan from a cotton blend fabric designed to resist the elements (and look extremely cool when it’s windy out). In incredible vintage condition, no rips or stains or evidence of heavy prior wear. One small white fleck at the back shoulder was the only issue I could find. Tagged size medium, with an oversized and flowy fit. Price is firm.
