Arden B Dress Top of the dress has wide neckline, slit open sleeves and baggy. The waist you can manipulate and has two seams with ruched material in between (pictured). Bottom is plain black mini skirt. It’s tricky to put on but looks awesome ! Size Small Color black. Measurements are approximate : Length of top of shoulder to the top waist seam : 16 1/2 - 17 inches. Waist hems across: 11 1/2 - 12 inches.
