Arden B. Royal Blue one shoulder short dress in xs

Royal blue one shoulder dress that falls right above the knees. This dress has beautiful silver beading in the shoulder and features ruching on the sides for a figure-hugging silhouette. The dress is not lined, so could be very slightly sheer under bright lights. Worn only once. Fits as in the picture and my measurements are 5’3”. Chest 34B Waist 25” Hips 37”.
