Excellent used condition Arden B Black Silk Blouse. It has Ruffles going down the front with ties at the neck. It’s a button down with each button covered with silk. Sleeveless in size XS. I got this top in an XS and wore it one time and found that it was too tight in the chest but had cut out the tags so I couldn’t return it. It’s been sitting in the closet ever since so it’s in perfect condition. It’s such a beautiful top I want it to go to someone who can use it! Purchased for approx $60.
