Arden B. Size XS black dress. Bought in early 2000s, only worn once

Arden B. Size XS. only worn once. Black and sheer in the chest for flattering cleavage. The top of the shoulder have the sheer fabric that leads into the solid the rest of the way down the arm. Slight scrunching on the bottom of the sleeves and side of bottom of the dress.
