mryanflowers @kimiyx hi! The dress has adjustable straps. When they are extended as long as they can go, it's about 36 inches long. It's stretchy around the waist, so I don't know exactly how to measure. As for the bust, the top has built-in lightly padded cups. I hope this helps some. I have uploaded a photo of it on as well.
