quinndaline @gcyn1118 Thanks for the feedback - I really appreciate it. My understanding was that Poshmark made it clear to the buyer by having the buyer select a quantity, since I set up the item with multiple quantities and priced it as price per each one. I'm really sorry it wasn't clear - definitely changing the item description to fix that. This was my first "multi quantity" item posted, so I'm still learning how to do it best. Thanks again!

chighfill I almost bought this product, until I saw the very last line that said it was only one. I don't know how Posh really works, but I think it is misleading showing three eyeliners. I know the product, so if I had not read your description. I would have been disappointed.

quinndaline @chighfill Part 1: Hi! Thanks for your feedback 😊 I totally get it. The reason that three items are seen in the photo, is because that’s how many I had for buyers to purchase. This is the way Posh prefers sellers to setup items, when there are multiple quantities of something. There should be a drop down that lets the buyer choose how many they’d like of what’s still available, just like a boutique item that comes in multiple options, and I’m not sure why that function doesn’t always work.

quinndaline @chighfill Part 2: As this Posh system has created confusion before, I now have a personal policy wherein with items like this, I check in with buyers who make offers, before I counter or accept, to make sure they are aware of exactly what they’re getting. I would never want anyone to open up their package and be disappointed! That’s such a bummer!

quinndaline @chighfill Part 3: I even do this if a buyer just hits the buy button at full asking price, since there’s a three hour safety window for a buyer to be cancelling in. And let’s say the three hours was up and the buyer was upset about the quantity - I could cancel the order on my end, or, just throw all the eyeliners I had left in the package! It would be no worries.
