@riley0830 Hi there and! Thanks for your question and very understandable. I would say that it can fit a size 25 as well but that may be a tighter fit. For reference, I am 5'3" and 105 lbs, and this pair of jeans hits down to the bottom of my foot. I normally wear a size 25 in Topshop mom jeans, size 4 (preferable) in Lululemon pants, size 0-2 in Aritzia trousers, size 24 in Abercrombie's Tailored Sloan pants. I hope that helps.
