Aritzia - XS - Women's hand-painted Novella Puff Sleeve Blouse - NWOT

This is a short, puff-sleeve blouse with a sweetheart neckline, smocked back panel and princess seams for shaping. It's made with recycled matte satin fabric. This version comes printed with a watercolour motif that was painted by hand. I removed the tag thinking I'd wear it, but ended up not. So it's brand new, but without tags.
