This is Jr. XL. Pit to pit is 17 inches but has a tie in the back so it can be a little larger. Elastic is at the waistline, unstretch measures 12 1/2 inches. Stretched it measures 15 inches. From top of ruffled edge at the breast to the bottom edge of dress measures 27 inches. The straps are adjustable.
