Ark & Co Cocktail Dress

Only worn once. It’s very flattering on and the ruffles at the shoulder and waist hit at just the right spot. Hits right above the knees. Hand wash cold. Lay flat to dry. I’d say this color is purple. Others think it’s blue. You decide.
