Ark & Co. Teal Polka Dot Retro "Soda Fountain" Belted Dress (Size Small)

This polka dot dress from Ark & Co. has a fitted bodice with seamed details and boning to hold its shape. There are strips around the top of the bodice to help prevent slipping. I always wore it strapless, but there are adjustable straps. One of the loops at the front is missing, however, so you would need to add an interior loop to hook the strap through. There is also a removable belt with a covered buckle that gives this dress a 50s vibe. The skirt is pleated and flares out. Overall, I would say this dress is in good used condition. I see some fabric wear at the top of the boning on the bodice and a few loose threads. There is that missing strap loop as well, if you planned to wear it with them. Laid flat, the waist measures about 13.25 inches across. From the top of the cup to the hem is about 26 inches. The material is polyester with a cotton lining and does not provide stretch. I'm guessing at the price, but I think it was around $45 from Modcloth.
