Ark & Co ivory over beige lined velvet floral burnout skater mini dress. Rear zip. Banded neck with functioning fabric-covered button at back. Cutout back. New with tags but it has a lipstick stain on the inner neck (not seen from outside). Also a spot on the right sleeve line, and the left bust seam is stretching out. See last 3 photos.
