Ark & co. Formal layered strapless peplum dress

Unique formal dress by Ark & co, worn a few times, it always got compliments! A unique layered structure with a print that looks 3-dimensional! The dress came with a red skinny belt, that was low quality, I tossed it. Black belt not included, but recommended to accentuate the waist! The dress is pretty timeless. Great quality lined throughout, only selling because it’s very tight in the bottom! Questions and reasonable offers welcome.
