xtineeebear @e0mjgwg9 there's a tiny bit of stretch. It's lined with a polyester layer that has some give and provides comfort. The waist does not have much stretch. The waist is about 15" flat across.

xtineeebear @e0mjgwg9 inseam is only 1". I'm 5'1" and it was pretty short. I wore once by itself and once with fishnets and ankle boots and i didn't feel as scandalous.
