Hi, I'm interested in both this jacket & the dark green in the same style. Do you have back view pics on them both? Also, measurements, shoulder-to-shoulder along the top back. Also, from collar attachment with jacket straight down back to bottom of jacket. Sleeve length from shoulder/sleeve attachment down outside of sleeve to bottom cuff. Are there shoulder pads, small/large? How do I order them to ship together. The postage on this site is 'killing' me! Thx
