Brand new with tags jean-like fabric, but much finer, lightweight, with dark Navy on the collar and sleeves. I bought it and it is too small for me accross the chest. It was final sale, so I cannot return. If you wear 2 in J. CREW -- it will fit you perfectly! For thosr who wear Size 0 it will fit as well. I would say it's in -between. Very nicely made!
