This item is not waterproof. Item is is new condition. it has lots of pockets and will look great with your army outfit or goth outfit. it is cotton. has a liner that does not come out. hood can be removed by zipper. there is a zipper and buttons for closure on the front of jacket. two button pockets on lower. breadt pockets have buttons. there is a pocket on the right sleeve that buttons. cool patches.
