Perfect condition, worn once.. I think they're a little too tight for me. I have them with only one cuff pictured but can be worn like the last photo and are also very cute that way. Size 6 super stretch so would probably fit a 4 also! Hate to get rid of these but I think I need a larger size! Very in color right now.

caitcause @bmcanally they're AE's "high rise shorties" I don't have a tape measurer handy but they can be worn fairly short or rolled down one and be a little more modest of a length. They are too high rise, they come right below my belly button! Hope that helps
