Arnhem Mumbai Maxi, Size S

Arnhem Mumbai maxi dress, size small. In good used condition, I can't find any damage. I'm a 34B and this is a bit tight across my chest and shoulders. From shoulder seam to shoulder seam, the dress measures just under 14 inches. Measured from flat, the waistband is a little over 12.5 inches across. From the waistband, the skirt is about 31 inches long. Buttons all the way down so could be worn open as a robe. From a smoke-free home.
