Does have the most beautiful flower embroidery along the hem and in front with brown, purple and yellow. Little ruffle details. Lined. Elastic and drawstring waistline. Drawstrings have weighted decorative metal beads at the end. High quality. I sadly never even wore this. I'll have to look and see if I have the tags somewhere but I have been cleaning so maybe not. But new condition. I also have the matching top for sale. Work great as seperates as well. Bought these full price from their website.
