Arnold Scaasi VTG Polka Dot Pleated Dress

Vintage 90's Scaasi dress - white with big black polka dots.  Wide shoulder with slight v neckline, short sleeves, fitted at waistline with full skirt, skirt is fully lined, back zip closure, boning at bust.  In great used condition - high end dry cleaning since most recent wear. 35" long from shoulder to bottom hem, 17" pit to pit, 13.75" across waist. Size 6. *Dress originally come w/ a belt - belt loops intact. Can easily be removed - though would be incredibly fun w/ a black or red belt!
