enor3 Hello, I bought this exact product from you to use in my Hotel Collection ProPod and the bottle is too big and won’t work on my ProPod. This is useless to me. Please advise.

joeydmastro @enor3 sorry about that. Give me a little time to do some research on this. I’ve sold a bunch of these and no issues so I’m going to check if your pro pod (never heard of it) is a new diffuser that’s not compatible. If that’s the case, send it back and I will refund you 100%. I work a ton of hours so give me a couple of days

joeydmastro @enor3 ok, so what I was told is that Hotel Collection doesn’t have a “pro pod.” They have 3 different ones according to how many square feet you want your diffuser to cover (small, medium & lg). All of the oil scents I list fit every diffuser they sell. I would suggest looking at your diffuser again and see if it’s actually an HC product. LMK
