Made by Art Bin. Measures 20" at base, 14" at top cloth opening and 11 1/2" at longest height. Wooden handles are 17" at bottom and 4 1/2" at the highest point. Strap is 40" long and 1 1/2" wide. Snap closure. I think it's made of a cotton/ polyester blend. 2 patch pockets on the inside. The tote has an ivory background with a red Victorian print. Non smoking household.
