Art Class Yellow Cherry Skirt Faux Wrap Lightweight Girls XXL 18

Yellow girl's skirt with a cherry pattern by Art Class. This skirt is a full 360 straight skirt with a front attached panel that makes it look like a wrap skirt (doesn't actually unwrap). There is a tie on the left hip that is sewn together (doesn't untie). The skirt is pull-on and hits about midway on the thigh. The back of the waistband is elastic. It is lightweight. It is NEW, with tags. Girls size XXL (18). It is made of 100% rayon. Machine was cold, inside out, with like colors, gentle cycle, tumble dry low, cool iron. (see care tag) Approximate measurements: 16 1/2" long, measuring side seam 15" wiast, measuring front, laying flat. The elastic back will provide a bit of stretch (possibly up to 19").
