Gorgeous Art Deco Glass Belt Buckle Floral Glowing Green in Package. The glass has a glow to it, very pretty, its old czech has slyvania in the markings. Its in the original package the fashion is the brand. Unsure of the process used in the glass could possibly be old vaseline since it has a glow. Buckle measures almost 2". The package has aged. The card has damage tears missing pieces to card. The buckle no major damage at all. Buckle very good vintage condition. Photos in natural light.

if you have a blacklight and it glows I'd like to buy it you can use pretty much any blue light spectrum uv light you can buy them at most bate and tackle shops for less than ten bucks they use them to cure fishing lure to line
