Art Deco Glass and Wood Bead Necklace

An early handmade necklace of tiny glass beads intermittent with painted and glass beads. It's pretty old, I would say 1920s. Woman and girls would make these and wear them out with mid-length dresses. It's the kind of thing you might imagine someone would wear with a lot of other similar necklaces or to a speak-easy or something like that. It's a cute old necklace that has still survived. Considering it is still on the original cotton string, I would say it is in good condition, some paint is missing off a few of the bigger glass beads.
