Art Deco Meets Warhol Dress

Astonishingly beautifully printed dress with a bare back and ruffled handkerchief skirt. Lined in cream fabric with empire waist. Back elastic and neck tieback. Mirror like beads in belt and neck tie, see pics. Tag says 18 but I don't think it's right, so I'll post measurements. Pit to pit 18", belt 15 1/2", length from collar to hem about 45",hips about 17". Measurements are approximate and taken from the front.
