Beautiful burgundy cocktail dress with Art Deco details. Very nice drape when worn. Polyester/spandex. Delicate wash, line dry. Back has zipper with button closure at neck. Length from shoulder = 36". Laying flat it's 13.5 inches across at band. The band is not stretchy because of the stitching detail although the rest of the dress is. Worn 3 times.

mcejkarichter @launagilbert Honestly I can’t really say as the sleeves are oversized and would throw off the measurement. I was a 32B when I wore it and it fit well.
