It is glazed in a ivory cream off-white glaze. Hand created and hand pierced cut outs. It measures 13.75" high and 4" in diameter. Three felt dots on the base to protect the surface it stands on. Can put a 3” jar or votive candle inside as a luminary. Very versatile vintage piece that would look amazing in many decor schemes from Beach to Danish Modern to Boho, .
