Up cycled art to wear skirt I embellished with patch fabric, trims and buttons. This skirt is size 12 & I call it the “shoe or foot skirt”. My skirts are not necessarily perfect. Part of the charm. One of a kind. Not sure if I’d wash this. Spot clean.
