Art to wear skirt

Another recycled garment I enhanced with fabric, trims & buttons. I think this started out as a pair of shorts. My creations are one of a kind, not always perfect, just fun stuff to wear if you dare. I think this could be machine washed gentle cycle, in a mesh bag. Size 12, 32” long.
