kneshaa Ok and also I've made a mistake in the address I tried to call and have it change but they state the sender has to call I emailed the correct address , so Idk if this could be the problem

pistashmelon @kneshaa Pal only allows me to ship it to the address on file for buyer seller protection so it got shipped to the address on file... I can't change it on my end since it already shipped...

pistashmelon @kneshaa I can't make phone calls during the day when the post office is open so I can't change the label. Also pal does not allow me to change the address on the package because if I do the buyer can file a claim where they didn't receive it because I didn't ship it to the address on the nvoice. If you want to change it pal needs to change it or else I'm not covered if it doesn't get received. You'll need to call pal and tell them to do it.

pistashmelon @kneshaa can you call pal and "authorize" a change in address? I'll try to get someone else to call during the day - they've told me not to ship to an address not on the nvoice every time I've asked
