Artifacts Vintage Carousel Pin-709

This Artifacts vintage carousel pin is from the 1990s but was never worn. It has two tone non magnetic metal so very likely stainless steel. The pin is adorable. I think Artifacts was owned by the jewelry designer who signed most of her jewelry J.J. I have seen similar items sold from both companies so I draw to that conclusion.
