Artisan Made Black Lace Off/On Shoulder Blouse

Exquisite black lace bodice with large collar that drapes over bust. Can be worn on or off the shoulder. Sleeves are lace and sheer fabric, bell out at bottom with black lace trim. Rough edge lace trim all around collar and bottom, it is made to look hand- done and there are small gaps, which is part of the look. There is some stretch for better fit in the bodice lace. Side zip. Boutique design. 18” across bust, 18” length.Excellent condition.
