Artisan NY khaki pants with leather ties

I love the leather ties at the bottom of each leg, otherwise these are just khaki pants. Seems rather Ralph Lauren y (😉) to me. I mean, seriously, match them with an Aztec southwestern print top, or the cool tiered one in the last pic here(sold separately). Low waist, with some good stretch, slim leg. Waist 14 1/2”. Rise is 9”. Hips are 17”. Inseam is 27 1/4. Bottom of leg opening is 6”. All with stretch, so keep that in mind. Worn maybe once, so EUC.
