Artisan Sterling Silver Etched Heart Ring 6 6.5

Beautiful and sweet artisan made sterling silver heart ring with etched detail. I researched the maker's mark SV and found a jewelry designer named Silvia Vaiani, though I could not confirm this is her work. Condition: Very good condition, no issues Mark: Sterling SV Measures: Reads as an approximate size 6 to 6.5 on my ring mandrel. The face measures approximately 1/2" x 1/2". Please do keep in mind that any vintage and/or antique merchandise may have some degree of visible wear or patina.
