Artisan metal and gem earrings Dark copper-like metal, turquoise and pink gems

I got these from a boutique on vacation in the southwest. They are great quality, heavy but not too heavy to wear all day. I honestly don't know if the turquoise is real. I know the pink gems can't be and I wouldn't be surprised if the turquoise is fake but it's really nice quality and I've never lost any gems.
