Artist Blouse

Artist shirt with a black and dark green tie die effect to the dying of the material. Material is soft. It has a ruffle that goes from the end of the sleeves up across the bodice. It buttons down the front. I found it difficult to keep buttons closed. This shirt is not short and not long. Pretty much mid length. I love it, but I found the buttons to be a bit frustrating. You could wear it open with a tee shirt underneath, kind of as an open cardigan.
