Artist made silver wrapped emerald green glass necklace

Bought from a local artist, this is a beautiful piece that I’ve received many compliments on. The green (emerald green) glass is wrapped and has a clasp and links to adjust length. I have a bracelet that I bought around the same time from the same artist and the links tarnished but this necklace has never tarnished so I’m assuming she started using sterling links but can’t find any marks to substantiate this so I can’t say 100%. They may be silver plated. It measures approximately 15.5” end to end. Gorgeous and in excellent condition!
