Artist made wrapped bangle bracelet

This is a unique bracelet from an art museum in Chicago. It was crafted by a local artist who was featured in their store. It is one continuously wrapped piece of material formed into a single bangle. The piece is very lightweight. I am not sure material it’s made from but it is not a precious metal. Color is bronze brown Measures 2.5” across opening.
