Size S, can fit a small medium as well There are two loops on both sides in the middle that are really not visible - I lost the belt that came with this, but you can of course customize that feature in your own way (e.g. I wore a cute thin red ribbon around it with a bow tied down at the side) This shirt is also extremely soft and comfy!
