Artsy funky ruffle scarf

I bought this at an art fair. What fun about it is you can wear it long or pull the cords to give it a more ruffled look. I believe it’s a cotton linen blend and think the artist is Andrea Geer. I don’t remember the exact cost but her pieces are expensive and I’m guessing it was over $100.
